Compounding stability

Stability comes in many forms.

Emotional, spiritual, relational, material, financial, health.

When one gets off track it can feel like our life is spinning out of control.

One wrong turn can cause our consistency to break in other areas.

Life is a slow and steady race.

And it seems to work out best when we make daily progress in the areas we value most.

If we put our intention towards the little change we can create, we can rest knowing we have a path to repeat tomorrow.

When we go off the rails, we run the risk of affecting our compounding stability.

Growth is a process and to grow we need to show up consistently, nurture the areas of our life that we value, and be okay with the marathon that is the dash between the day we are born and the day we die.
